Banana Bread

So, some bananas went more black than yellow? That doesn't mean they are bad, it just means they are soft and have more sugar in them. Freeze them and save them to make banana bread.

Preheat oven to 350°
Mix together -
4 bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine.
1 2/3 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch salt

Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes.
