Beauty of Nature

Walking against the soft green grass beneath my feet
Feeling the soft breezy wind against my face, blowing my hair behind me
Beginning to feel free of stress and anxiety, letting the sun darken my skin, as it begins to set in the horizon
Watching the green trees sway with the wind, rustling against each other, leaves to leaves

Listening to the birds sing me a song through their chirping, so peacefully relaxing
Watching the sun disappear as the light becomes darker by the hour
Stars, shining bright, begin to appear from above

gazing upon the beauty of nature as it gazes back at me
Moon shining bright above my head, with the breezing wind slowing down a tad
Thank you mother nature for providing me with such beauty to behold
I will cherish it all, deep within my soul

That is so beautiful. Know that your writing elicits the same feelings and emotions that you intend to convey. You know how many times I have written "You are a good writer." That sounds so simple, but it is a high compliment. Thank you so much for sharing such a beautifully sensitive view of your life and your world through your eyes. You are a precious being.

Thank you so much! I tried to write a simplified and shortened version of how someone could connect with nature and it just came to me like that. I could have written more about it but with the way I had it going, I was somewhat in a rush to get it done. Plus, at the time, I didn't really intend on making it super long anyways. Maybe one day I will extend it and make more detailed. You know? Revise it, make it better.
