Spell:
Close your eyes and imagine your body becoming lighter. Concentrate for at least three minutes on this. Raise your hands up slowly. Concentrate again. Now put your hands down as you say, Oh, Angels, give me the power to fly and fly. You should feel yourself lifted from the ground. When done, join your hands and say, Make the earth pull me down.
