This visualization exercise can help your mind let go of the negativity that you picked up throughout the day. Begin by closing your eyes and breathing in deeply for a couple of moments, let yourself relax and try to clear your mind. Now, bring your mind back to that morning. Think of everything you did from the beginning of your day. How you felt when you woke up, how you slept, what you ate for breakfast that morning, maybe how you greeted your family. Try to go back in time and relive those thoughts. Doing this can make it feel like you are waking up again, or eating the same breakfast again. So, once you bring up every one of those memories from that morning, bring your mind, gently, to the painful and heartaches moments that you had. Doing this will help ease some of the pain and help you let go so you won't have to worry about it anymore. This is because your mind focuses on the good memories of living your life before the bad memories were created throughout the day.
