This exercise will help you relieve pain off of certain areas in your body if they are sore from work or various other activities.
You can begin by either lying down or sitting, it is up to you but make sure you are in a comfortable position. Start by focusing on the muscle or area of where it hurts. If you have multiple tension muscle, then pick one of them for now. Imagine that the muscle is a knot and in order to relieve it, you have to untie it. Make sure that all your attention is focused on that knot while you try to untie it with your mind. While you are breathing, try to visualize it to become looser as it begins to untie. Once it is completely untied, the tension should start to move away slowly. You can do this as many times as you feel needed, possibly for each stressed or sore muscle that you have.
