Psychic Abilities
Psychic abilities, also known as the sixth sense, are disbelieved by several even though, everyone has this sixth sense. They either don't know they have it, they want nothing to do with it, or refuse to accept it. They just don't understand it and simply don't know what they could be throwing away. There are numerous things you can do with these abilities. For example, there are three abilities can be honed by the psychic, they include clairvoyance. the most well-known ability, is the ability to sense something that will happen but hasn't occurred yet, clairaudience, the ability to hear things that others cannot, and clairsentience, the ability to receive things from other worlds. Each of these abilities can be honed by the psychic, and each of them I will discuss further in the next lesson.
There is technically another psychic ability that many have believed that it doesn't exist; telekinesis. This ability allows people to move objects with their mind, as many have claimed they are able to accomplish. Telekinesis is just a matter of letting your conscious mess around with the psychic energies that are all around us. Changing these energies will allow you to move them in any way possible or create something entirely different. Doing all this usually required you to have a balanced focus, which will assist you with converting energy into matter. It is just science and physics. It may not be entirely impossible but it can be tricky since you will be messing with matter and energies. This will all be called controlled telekinesis while uncontrolled where you can build up a lot of psychic energy in your body but then you will do something with it or it may explode. With this occurring, you may be unwillingly doing telekinesis without the ability to control it, thus the name "uncontrolled telekinesis". This may be more doable but, again, it can be tricky.
So, how can you develop psychic abilities? In order for you to develop these abilities, it is important to know that these abilities are very possible to obtain. However, most of us, when were are born and growing up, we are usually taught to believe only what we see and how what we hear. Which is why you hear people say "I will believe it when I see it". However, there is another saying which basically states that even though you can't or don't see something, it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. So, one way to be honing your abilities is being able to clear your mind of all negativity and technological events. You can easily do this with meditation help. Practice does make perfect. That is one way of conquering any ability that you want to hone. Focus is also very important in this area. There are several focusing exercises that you can do anytime and anywhere. For example, if you are in a crowded cafeteria or gym, try focusing in on one conversation between two people and block out everybody else's. Whether it is across the room, or behind you, beside you, in front of you, or wherever, just focus in on their words and try to make out their sentences. This might be known as eavesdropping but it is a great exercise to try. If you would prefer to do something at home, maybe have a bunch of noises running at once, maybe the TV, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, etc. Then focus on one sound for a few minutes and try to pick out what you hear. Maybe you also have windows open and you hear birds chirping or traffic near your house. Focusing on one sound at a time and naming the sound is another great exercise for focusing.
Overall, psychic abilities are very interesting while being very useful when mastering and when all the skills and abilities are honed correctly. There are many ways to begin honing these abilities and you will read about them in upcoming lessons!
