Roasted Potatoes With Herbs Sun Apr 26, 2020 4:30 am
Cut about 6 or 7 small potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place in baking dish or shallow pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon each of Rosemary, Parsley, and Red Pepper Flakes < (optional). Add 2 garlic cloves (minced). Stir to distribute herbs. Bake at 475° for 45 minutes.
