This is mainly for strength and shaping (muscle tone).
Stand with your feet at least 15 inches apart, with your hands on your hips. Very slowly, begin to shift your weight to the right. Go as far as you can and hold that position for a few seconds. Then very slowly begin to shift to the left. Continue as long as you like. You will feel it working muscles that don't get used in daily activity.
