Sleeping Well

This will help you get relaxed and have a good night's rest and sleep.

Materials:
Lavander
Chamomile Tea

Instructions:
If the lavender you have is in liquid form, place some on your pillow. Place it on the inside of your pillow if in solid form.
Get some water ready for your tea. It should be plain Chamomile tea with nothing added, meaning, do not add any sugar or honey to it.
Sit on your bed in a comfortable position while criss-crossed then start a little relaxation meditation exercise that focuses on your breathing and going into a calming state.
If it helps, imagine you in your favorite ideal and the perfect place to be, such as the forest, a mountain, or by a river. Continue until you feel necessary to stop and you are relaxed. Once you have finished, drink your tea and then lay down and go to bed, still focusing on your breath as it drifts all your sorrow or stress and negativity away as it continues to relax you and helps heal you. Doing this will allow you to become relaxed and will able you to get a good night's rest throughout the night.
