Got some crystals for Christmas

I have no idea what to do with them. They’re chakra crystals. I guided one person a long time ago how to open her third eye and we ended up sharing a visual.

With chakra crystals, you can use them in meditations to open up or cleanse your chakras if they are blocked for any reason. It is also a good idea to "charge" them to keep their energy working. You can charge them in several different ways. Putting them under the moon (full moon is recommended), placing them in salt, burning incense herbs over them, etc.

To help open a specific chakra, find the chakra crystal that is linked to the chakra you want to be opened and place it on that part of your body and begin some meditation exercises to help open up your chakras.
