4 chicken breasts, pounded flat
1&1/4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano or thyme
Olive oil

Mix together sugar and spices/herbs
Coat breast with olive oil, then mixture
Bake at 425° for 18-20 minutes
