Doing magick may be part of religion since, as a Wiccan or pagan or whatever your path might be, but it is also a lifestyle. You may want to add Magick to your daily routine. Or perhaps your way of living. However, for some people, you may discover it to be a bit challenging to find the spiritual nature in your everyday living experience. An easy way to help find your spiritual way of living is to look at the positive side of things instead of the negative. For example, if you have a job which you dislike, instead of complaining how much you hate it, think of it this way, you are making good money that gives you clothes, food, a house, and everything that is necessary to live. Try, viewing the world a little bit differently. Another example, if you hate cleaning, instead of complaining how much you dislike the job, try thinking of it like this: the house will be cleaned, you won't have any bugs or spider webs in the corners of your house. Anyone who has bad allergies won't be sneezing like crazy.
Another suggestion is to have more time for yourself so you aren't stressed out throughout the day. There are many things you can do in order to help yourself stay calm and relaxed. You can do some morning or evening meditations or stretches. Maybe try your hand at some yoga poses. It may help you feel good for when you wake up in the morning and when you rest your head at night, allowing you sleep better and more comfortably.
You can DIY yourself some cool items that are Wicca related. Perhaps some cool witchy wall hangings or some Witch Pillows. Maybe you can put together your own witchy tools such as DIYing your own Wicca broom or wand. Maybe you can use the tools that you may have bought but personalize them to your liking. For example, taking your wand or your Cauldron and hot gluing gems or flowers on them. Wrap rope around it or paint over it, if possible, to your favorite color or to a more vibrant and meaningful color. The possibilities are endless! Maybe while doing this, you can listen to some Wiccan or Pagan music.
Volunteering is another good way to spend your time. It will make you feel good and allow others to feel good as well.
You can try your hand at writing some new rituals or meditations down for you to try later. When you write down your own instructions, you are personalizing them to how you would like it, which can help you feel more relaxed even more knowing that it is at your own pace and it suits your own interests and hopefully, accomplishes your needs. While you are doing this, you can experiment with different ingredients or tools to see which ones will work better for you and which ones don't suit your path. You can also try out some new cooking recipes! Make up your own recipes if you would like to get creative!
Try visiting or attending gardens and parks. The scenery is great to view while you go on nice peaceful walks. If you see empty can or wrappers on the ground, perhaps you can pick them up!
There are many other things you can do to change the way you live in order to live a more magickal life!
